  • Browse products, check availability and build your cart quickly.
  • Designed for efficient ordering with minimal admin and maximum convenience.

Download an Excel Pricelist (With Direct Product Links) Back to Index

  • Download a structured Excel Pricelist for easy browsing, filtering and internal sharing.
  • Includes an Index Tab to help you find product sections quickly.
  • Includes a dedicated Specials Tab to view discounted items at a glance.
  • Each listed item includes a View button that opens the product directly on our website.

This is ideal for buyers and sales teams who want quick access to pricing while still being able to confirm product details online.

Download Your Daily Generated CSV Feed Back to Index

  • Download a daily refreshed CSV file using your personal CSV Key.
  • Perfect for importing into your ERP, POS system or internal catalogue.
  • Includes stock availability, pricing, specials status and product information.
Must have your own private CSV Key (get it from My Account).

Download Daily Refreshed XML Files (Basic or Comprehensive) Back to Index

  • Download XML feeds that are refreshed daily for reliable product syncing.
  • Select either a Basic XML or Comprehensive XML feed based on your integration requirements.
  • The Comprehensive feed includes richer content such as multiple images, multiple videos and multiple documents (where available).
Must have your own private XML Key (get it from My Account).

View Your Order History and Track Deliveries Back to Index

  • View your online order history for quick reference.
  • Access order details directly from your portal profile.
  • Track couriered parcels directly from your Order View page (where applicable).

This gives you visibility from the moment you order right through to delivery.

Manage Multiple Users Under One Company Profile Back to Index

  • Add multiple individual users to your company profile.
  • Enable your team to place orders, manage downloads and access documents efficiently.
  • Ideal for businesses with multiple buyers, branches or departments.
Must be logged in and be the main administrator for the online company profile.

Upload Bulk Orders Using a CSV File Back to Index

  • Speed up ordering by importing multiple items at once via CSV.
  • CSV imports add to your existing cart, ensuring you do not lose current cart items.
  • Your cart items are not removed or overwritten during an upload.
Bulk Upload Requirements:
  • Only .csv files are allowed
  • Column 1: Item Number
  • Column 2: Quantity
  • Maximum file size: 2 MB
  • Maximum rows: 200 valid rows

This feature is especially useful for repeat orders, large projects or system-generated purchase lists.

View and Download Tax Invoices and Credit Notes (Last 12 Months) Back to Index

  • View all your tax invoices and credit notes for the last 12 months.
  • Each document includes: Type, Document Number, Date, Customer Reference and Total Excl.
  • Download your Tax Invoice or Tax Credit Note directly from the Online Portal.
Serial Numbers Per Document (Where Applicable)
  • On your Transactions page, you will see an additional column called Serial Numbers.
  • Click the Serial Numbers link to view all serial numbers linked to that document for the relevant products (where serial numbers exist).
  • If there are no serial numbers linked to that document, the system will display: No records found.

This is useful for warranty tracking, internal auditing and keeping accurate records per invoice or credit note.

Browse Brands, Specials and What's New Back to Index

  • Explore all product Brands for faster browsing and product discovery.
  • View all current Specials in one place, making it easy to spot savings.
  • Use What's New to see products that are incoming or recently received.

This makes it easy to stay informed on product availability, new arrivals and the latest specials.

You do not have to be logged in, but you must select a branch.
